Dear Family, Friends & Customers,
January 19th, 2010. That was the date I started making fondant cakes as a challenge to myself after researching some gum paste techniques and buying the essential supplies. I’ll admit was determined that I could do a better job than some of the others. So, I set out to prove what I had always known I was capable of- that my love of art and my party planning skills would be the perfect combination of passions that would allow me to create beautiful custom cakes. I now find that after almost three years and some 100 some-odd cakes later, that cake really is my 4Tay. Even though I have had no formal training and am self-taught, I have invested countless hours studying baking books, recipes and cake design shows. I take pride in my work and I’m always ready for the challenge that each new cake order brings. I have and will continue to learn with every cake that I create.
While I’m fairly new to this profession, I believe that my cakes are unique and have artistry that sets themselves apart from others. I hope that you will allow me to create something special for your next occasion.
